Bonrue Bakery expands French-inspired pastry locations across Utah

Bonrue Bakery, a French-inspired establishment, is undergoing rapid expansion across Utah. Following its origins in St. George, the bakery has opened a new location in Provo to coincide with increased regional activity.

Co-founder Chris Connors announced plans for further growth, including upcoming locations in Orem and Spanish Fork, as well as ten additional sites across the state to be announced in the near future. The bakery was founded in 2021 by Connors alongside partners Li Hsun Sun and Chris Herrin. Connors noted that the expansion is a tribute to the legacy of Herrin, an experienced chef who passed away shortly after the bakery's inception.
