Jared Kushner denies allegations of secret $2 billion foreign bank accounts
An excerpt from Matthew Cole’s upcoming book, “Princes and Thieves: Jared Kushner and Mohamed bin Zayed’s Secret Plot to Remake the Middle East,” alleges that former White House adviser Jared Kushner had access to undisclosed foreign bank accounts containing up to $2 billion. The report, published by Vanity Fair, claims that Dutch military intelligence (MIVD) monitored Kushner’s iPhone activity after discovering screenshots on a Russian GRU server.
According to the book, the surveillance revealed Kushner accessing accounts linked to leaders in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, including an account at First Abu Dhabi Bank allegedly containing $750 million. The allegations suggest funds were routed through Azerbaijani banks to facilitate regional diplomatic efforts.
Kushner and his legal team have forcefully rejected the claims, calling them “completely insane” and “false and defamatory.” His attorney, Chad Mizelle, has formally demanded that Vanity Fair and its parent company, Condé Nast, remove the excerpt and preserve all editorial records. Mizelle noted that the author has failed to provide verifiable evidence, such as bank statements or wire transfer records, to substantiate the extraordinary accusations.
