Book fairs launch in Santa Fe and Santa Cruz, Argentina

Major book fairs have commenced in Argentina, featuring diverse cultural programming and media coverage.

The 32nd Santa Fe Book Fair opened at the Estela Figueroa Central Auditorium, organized by the Ministry of Culture, the Municipality of Santa Fe, and the National University of the Littoral. The event features over 70 stands from publishers and bookstores, alongside more than 90 scheduled activities, including workshops and presentations. Notable upcoming events include the presentation of the biography ‘Caudillo de una provincia invencible’ by Santiago De Luca.

In Santa Cruz, the 32nd Provincial Book Fair is being held at the Complejo Cultural Santa Cruz from September 4 to 13. Radio Nuevo Día 100.9 is participating for the third consecutive year, setting up a live studio to broadcast interviews with authors and artists via FM, YouTube, and Facebook. The event's programming includes presentations by figures such as Felipe Pigna, Facundo Pastor, and Osvaldo Gross.
