Book Launch on Workplace Fatalities Held in Ururi, Italy

On July 29, the municipality of Ururi hosted a presentation of the book *Corpi al Macello* by journalist and writer Giovanni Mancinone. The volume recounts thirteen cases of workers who died on the job, aiming to give voice to the victims and their families and to highlight issues of occupational safety and dignity of work.

The event, organized by the local administration, provided residents an opportunity to discuss the book’s findings with the author, encouraging broader public awareness of workplace hazards across Italy.
