Booker Prize reveals 2026 shortlist

The Booker Prize Foundation has announced the 2026 shortlist, featuring six outstanding novels written in English and published in England and Ireland.

Sarah Jessica Parker, a former judge for the award in 2025, expressed enthusiasm for the selection, noting she had read all 13 books on the longlist. One of the shortlisted works is ‘The End of Everything’ by M. John Harrison, a dystopian novel centered on a character named Phillip Tennent who collects shore-washed artifacts. Parker highly recommended the title to her readers.
