Booking Holdings stock sees fund reduction and insider sale

Janus Henderson Group PLC lowered its stake in Booking Holdings Inc. by 15.3% in the first quarter, holding 270,019 shares valued at about $1.14 billion after selling 48,590 shares. Director Robert Mylod Jr. sold 5,000 shares on July 29 at an average price of $200, generating a $1 million proceeds and reducing his holding to 16,000 shares worth roughly $3.2 million. Both transactions were disclosed in SEC filings. Booking’s shares traded around $193, down $8.06 on the day, with a market capitalization of $149.7 billion.
