Booking OS launches management tool for independent artists

Booking OS, a German-language web application developed by Tim Pascal Ludwig in Nördlingen, has launched to assist independent artists, bands, and small booking teams with self-organized gig management.

The platform centralizes various administrative tasks, including venue research, contact management for organizers, and inquiry tracking. Key features include a Venue-CRM for storing contact notes and agreements, a pipeline to track the progress from research to confirmed shows, and a Pitch Studio for creating inquiry drafts.

To assist with financial planning, the software includes a gig calculation tool that accounts for fees, travel, accommodation, meals, and commissions. This allows musicians to understand the financial framework of a performance during the planning stage. A public demo using fictional data is available for browser-based testing without registration.
