Booking.com launches AgentHub to deploy modular AI agents

Booking.com has introduced AgentHub, an internal platform designed to provide modular artificial intelligence agents to its various teams. The infrastructure allows developers, product managers, and user experience professionals to create and enhance AI agents within hours by utilizing existing machine learning frameworks for recommendations, content intelligence, and data retrieval.

Guy Nadav, Director of Machine Learning and AI at Booking.com, stated that the platform adds a reasoning layer to existing tools, allowing agents to determine when and how to use specific resources like internal APIs or external services. The technology is intended to support multiple stages of the travel journey, including discovery, planning, booking, and trip management. Additionally, the company continues to work on AI initiatives for small and medium-sized enterprises in partnership with OpenAI.
