Bor hosts gala premiere for the film ‘Hasip ile Nasip’

The film ‘Hasip ile Nasip’ held its gala premiere at the Bor Cinema in the Bor district of Niğde. The event saw high attendance, including local officials such as Niğde Governor Nedim Akmeşe, Bor District Governor Gökhan Görgülüarslan, and Bor Mayor Serkan Baran.

Actors Toygan Avanoğlu and Selim Erdoğan attended the screening to meet with local cinema enthusiasts. Avanoğlu, who expressed pride in returning to his hometown, clarified his roots by stating, “I am from Bor, thank God,” addressing online misinformation regarding his origin. He expressed a desire to participate in future art projects to support Niğde and Bor.

Mayor Serkan Baran noted that this was the first time a film screening in the city featured the participation of the actors. He emphasized the significance of bringing a production from the past eras of Turkish cinema back to the big screen and expressed hope that the actors would continue to support the promotion of the region in future projects.
