Borac Banja Luka prepares for European clash against Mjällby

Borac Banja Luka is set to continue its European campaign in the third round of the Conference League with an away match against the Swedish side Mjällby.

Nebojša Novaković, a youth coach at AIK from Stockholm, provided insights into the upcoming opponent. He noted that Mjällby was a major surprise in Sweden last season, performing well despite having a small stadium and limited fan support. Novaković highlighted that the team relies on set pieces, long throw-ins, and free kicks, and warned that Borac must remain vigilant against these tactics.

Key players to watch for the Swedish side include striker Jakob Bergström, described as a strong, experienced target man, and Jakob Kjær, who operates in the attacking midfield role. Novaković believes Borac possesses the quality to counter Mjällby's strengths, particularly if they maintain high ball possession and apply pressure.
