Bordeaux sports teams suffer defeats in hockey and rugby

In French sports, the Marseille Spartiates defeated the Bordeaux Boxers 5-2 in an intense ice hockey match at the Mériadeck rink. Despite dominating much of the game and maintaining high intensity in the first period, the Boxers suffered their first home loss of the season due to physical fatigue and a lack of clinical efficiency, allowing Marseille to capitalize on counter-attacks.

In rugby union, USAP secured a decisive 38-25 victory over Union Bordeaux Bègles (UBB). Player ratings following the match highlighted a significant performance gap: USAP players received high marks, led by Diego Mascarenc with an 8/10, while UBB struggled, with Damian Penaud receiving the lowest rating of the match at 3.5/10.
