Borgestad ASA and Tokmanni Group report Q2 2026 financial results

Borgestad ASA reported a second-quarter 2026 result before tax of MNOK 35.9, an increase from MNOK 20.9 in the same period in 2025. Its subsidiary, Höganäs Borgestad, reported revenues of MNOK 290.4 and an EBIT of MNOK 36.8. Meanwhile, the Agora Bytom shopping center in Poland saw a 5% revenue decrease to MNOK 19.9, though its occupancy rate reached 97.4%.

Tokmanni Group Corporation reported a 3.3% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue for Q2 2026, reaching €457.7 million. While comparable EBIT saw a slight decrease to €21.0 million, the company's Tokmanni segment saw an increase in comparable EBIT to €22.3 million. The group reconfirmed its full-year 2026 outlook, projecting total revenue between €1.78 billion and €1.86 billion. Additionally, Tokmanni has partnered with SPAR International to introduce SPAR-branded grocery products to its Dollarstore locations in Sweden.
