Borgia hosts Italian premiere of ‘Bacharach in Love’ tribute

The XXIII Edition of the Festival d’Autunno will conclude its summer preview with the Italian premiere of ‘Bacharach in Love’ at Palazzo Mazza in Borgia on September 18. Directed by Antonietta Santacroce, the event serves as a tribute to the legendary American composer Burt Bacharach, known for his sophisticated pop-orchestral film scores.

The recital features a trio consisting of Renato Geremicca on vocals, Massimo Ghetti on flute, and Luca Bonucci on piano. The performance will include reinterpretations of Bacharach’s most famous works, such as ‘Raindrops Keep Fallin’ on My Head’ and ‘Arthur’s Theme (Best That You Can Do)’, highlighting the compositions that earned him three Academy Awards between 1970 and 1982.
