Borgosesia to present new urban traffic plan

The city of Borgosesia is set to present a new traffic plan to the City Council on Wednesday, September 30. Developed by architect Marco Maggia under the guidance of the municipal administration and Mobility Councilor Paolo Urban, the project aims to improve accessibility to the city center and increase traffic flow throughout the municipality.

Key features of the plan include the construction of an oval roundabout near the northern sports complex, located between the rear access of the Liceo Scientifico and the Milanaccio Sports Center. This addition is intended to improve traffic fluidity and safety for those accessing the sports fields and gyms. The project also involves extensive resurfacing of the area.

Following the preliminary presentation to the Council, the plan will move to the Giunta for approval next week. A 30-day period will then follow, allowing citizens to submit observations before the project enters the executive phase.
