BorgWarner Announces $0.17 Quarterly Dividend and Adds Former John Deere Executive Rajesh Kalathur to Board

BorgWarner Inc. announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share, payable on September 15 to shareholders of record on September 1. The dividend represents an annualized payout of $0.68, a 1.1% yield and a payout ratio of 14.7%, indicating coverage by earnings.

The company also appointed Rajesh Kalathur to its Board of Directors, effective July 31, 2026. Kalathur previously served as President of John Deere Financial and Chief Information Officer of Deere & Company, overseeing a financial services segment with more than $70 billion in assets and global IT and cybersecurity functions.
