Boris Aljinovic to return to ‘Tatort’ as Felix Stark

Actor Boris Aljinovic will reprise his role as Berlin detective Felix Stark in the crime series ‘Tatort’ after a hiatus of over 13 years. Aljinovic revealed in a ZDF magazine interview that the comeback was unexpected, following a sudden invitation to return.

The upcoming episode, titled ‘Zwei minus eins gleich null’, will feature Stark meeting his successor, Robert Karow, played by Mark Waschke. While the specific details of the character's history during his absence remain undisclosed, Aljinovic noted that producers have developed a backstory to account for the decade-long gap.

Aljinovic indicated that the episode is expected to air on January 19. While he did not confirm if this would be a permanent return, reports suggest the appearance is limited to a single episode.
