Boriss Frumins to host free cinema masterclass in Liepāja

Film director, screenwriter, and educator Boriss Frumins will host a free public masterclass titled ‘Pirmie soļi kino’ (First Steps in Cinema) in Liepāja on September 28. The event will take place from 16:30 to 18:30 at the Liepāja Music, Art and Design Secondary School exhibition hall.

Frumins, a co-author of the screenplay for the significant Latvian film ‘Dvēseļu putenis’, brings extensive international experience, including years of teaching film directing at New York University. The workshop is designed for students, teachers, and local residents interested in exploring the film industry, storytelling, and creative professions.
