Borja Thyssen’s family refutes claims he is missing in Andorra loan dispute

Andorran authorities opened a judicial procedure after MoraBanc sought repayment of a multi‑million‑euro loan allegedly owed by Borja Thyssen, the son of Carmen Cervera. The bank published an edict in the Principality’s official bulletin, stating that Thyssen could not be located for personal notification.

Thyssen’s representatives responded that he is "absolutely always locatable" and that the dispute, which dates back some time, is being managed by his lawyers. They denied the claim that he is missing and said the reports of his unavailability are inaccurate, while acknowledging ongoing disagreements with the bank over the loan.
