Borås GIF and Smalspårsjärnvägen announce autumn schedules

Borås GIF has released its training schedule for week 34, marking the start of the autumn season. The program includes various activities such as mountain biking (MTB) at the Borås GIF Arena, running and agility sessions, roller skiing, and group fitness classes held on Fridays and Sundays.

Meanwhile, the Smalspårsjärnvägen narrow-gauge railway is continuing operations through August and September. Scheduled services include railbus traffic between Hultsfred and Västervik on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Special arrangements are in place for the Hultsfred market on August 29, as well as themed excursions on September 12 and 13 focusing on local cultural heritage. Additionally, extra trains will be provided on September 13 to support the Tjusttrampet cycling event, offering bicycle transport from Västervik to Verkebäck or Ankarsrum.
