Borsa İstanbul adds three new companies to Yıldız Pazar
Three companies are set to begin trading on Borsa İstanbul’s Yıldız Pazar following the completion of their initial public offering processes.
Türker Vangölü Enerji Yatırım A. Ş. (VEYAS) will begin trading on August 20, 2026, with a base price of 136 TL. The company is offering 44.375 million TL in nominal value shares under the continuous trading method.
Teknika Plast Teknik Kalıp Plastik Sanayi ve Ticaret A. Ş. (TKNKA) is also scheduled to start trading on August 20, 2026. Its shares have a base price of 85.40 TL, with 31 million TL in nominal value shares being offered.
Kapeks Kimya Sanayi A. Ş. (KPEKS) will begin trading on August 21, 2026. The company has announced 25.1 million TL in nominal value shares for its public offering.
