Borsa İstanbul companies announce new business contracts and developments

Several companies listed on Borsa İstanbul have announced new business developments and contracts via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).

Pegasus Hava Taşımacılığı A. Ş. reported that passenger numbers for August reached 4.51 million, a 5 percent increase compared to the same period last year. However, the passenger load factor decreased by 1.4 points to 89.5 percent.

Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A. Ş. signed a revenue-sharing agreement for a land project in the Ümraniye Tepeüstü district of Istanbul. The total sales revenue for the project is set at 15.14 billion TL. Under the agreement, Emlak Konut’s 40 percent share is projected to be approximately 6.06 billion TL.

Smart Güneş Enerjisi Teknolojileri is expanding its production activities in Anatolia to reduce operational costs and move closer to solar energy investment hubs. Following successful production trials in Central Anatolia, the company is preparing to commission its fourth and fifth facilities to enhance regional employment and international price competitiveness.
