Borsa Istanbul companies announce new contracts and business relations

Several companies listed on Borsa Istanbul have reported new business relationships and contracts via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) across various sectors, including defense, energy, and technology.

ASELSAN signed an export contract worth 442.5 million USD with an international client for the sale of radar, UAV countermeasure, command, and control systems. In the energy sector, Şa-Ra Enerji, through its subsidiary Şa-Ra Teknoloji, signed a high-voltage electricity transmission line construction contract worth approximately 31 million Euro with an overseas client, scheduled for completion in 2028.

Smart Güneş Enerjisi secured a turnkey installation and share transfer agreement worth 23.445 million USD plus VAT with a domestic corporate entity. Additionally, Hareket Proje signed three separate crane and transport service contracts for projects in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, totaling several million USD.

Other notable agreements include BMS Birleşik Metal receiving a 1.44 million USD order for high-value steel wire, Çağdaş Cam securing domestic orders worth 111.7 million TL, and Rainbow Polikarbonat entering a contract for contract manufacturing of acrylic and solid sheets.
