Borsa İstanbul companies announce new contracts and investments

Several companies listed on Borsa İstanbul have announced significant business developments and strategic decisions. Hun Yenilenebilir Enerji Üretim A. Ş. (HUNER) has decided to acquire all 1,000 shares of H20 Solar Enerji Üretim Sanayi ve Ticaret A. Ş. for 500,000 TL to expand its electricity production capabilities.

Erciyas Çelik Boru Sanayi A. Ş. (ERCB) has secured a project with the Ministry of National Defense to produce 563 steel pile pipes for a pier construction in the Çanakkale Strait. This project is expected to contribute approximately 12 million USD to the company’s sales revenue, with completion planned for the first quarter of 2027. Additionally, Dof Robotik Sanayi A. Ş. (DOFRB) is negotiating with the Texas Economic Development Corporation to secure grants and tax incentives for its planned investment in the Dallas region of the United States.

Separately, Alves Kablo Sanayi reported that assets totaling 1.062 billion TL have been subject to seizure due to enforcement proceedings initiated by various parties. The company stated that its machinery remains operational and production continues without interruption. Borsa İstanbul has moved Alves Kablo shares to the Close Monitoring Market, with trading scheduled to resume there on September 10.
