Borsa İstanbul companies report various corporate updates

Various companies listed on Borsa İstanbul released several corporate updates on September 16. Notable developments include credit trading bans for AHSGY and KZGYO until October 15 under the VBTS framework.

In terms of acquisitions and restructuring, ATATR announced the purchase of Freya Russo Deri Turizm for 808.7 million TL, while ESCAR decided to cancel its merger with Bulls Yatırım Holding. Additionally, GRTHO's subsidiary Özova Tarım will increase its stake in Pastanza Gıda from 45% to 95% for 29.3 million TL.
