Borsa Istanbul lists İsvea Seramik and Saat ve Saat in July 2026 IPOs

İsvea Seramik ve Banyo Ürünleri Sanayi AŞ completed its public offering and began trading on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker “ISVEA” after a gong ceremony on 10 July 2026. The company said it will use the proceeds to fund new investments, strengthen working capital and expand production capacity. Investor demand was strong, with about 2.4 times oversubscription from individual investors and roughly 5.9 times from institutions. Around half of İsvea’s revenue comes from exports and the firm plans to invest in machinery, renewable‑energy projects and sustainable production.

Saat ve Saat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. also completed its IPO and will start trading on Borsa Istanbul’s Yıldız Pazar on 16 July 2026 under the code “SSAAT.E”. The base price is set at 56 TL per share, with a maximum order size of 1 million TL. The offering, valued at about 3.75 billion TL, attracted 1.78 times oversubscription for the retail allocation. The capital raised is intended to support the company’s growth and operational needs.
