Borussia Mönchengladbach and the real estate service provider ista have officially launched a naming rights partnership, renaming the stadium venue the ista-Borussia-Park. The partnership commenced on August 15, 2026, marked by a season-opening match against Aston Villa that drew over 50,000 spectators.

Beyond the name change, the collaboration aims to transform the stadium grounds into a flagship project for energy efficiency and intelligent building technology. ista will equip the area with smart building technology, including digital measurement technology and energy management systems, to increase transparency in consumption and identify potential savings.
