Bosch eBike Systems unveils new generation of Active Line Plus

Bosch eBike Systems has introduced a new generation of its Active Line Plus drive unit, designed to balance commuting and recreational riding. The updated unit is more compact, weighing approximately 1.1 lbs less and occupying 17% less volume than the previous version due to a new two-stage gearbox.

The new system offers up to 60 Nm of torque and 600 watts of power, providing up to 340% support. It features an optimized sealing and bearing concept for all-weather reliability and specially machined gears intended to ensure near-silent operation. The drive unit is designed to provide smooth, natural-feeling pedal assistance for riders up to 20 mph.
