Bose and Tedial pivot toward AI-driven technology integration
Bose is shifting its business model from a consumer hardware brand to a technology provider. Under the leadership of CEO Lila Snyder, the company aims to expand beyond headphones and speakers by licensing its audio technology, algorithms, and engineering expertise through its Audio Tech division. This B2B2C strategy involves integrating Bose solutions into third-party products, such as mobile phones, XR glasses, and communication devices for motorcyclists, through partnerships with manufacturers like Motorola.
In the media sector, Tedial is focusing on integrating artificial intelligence throughout the entire content lifecycle. At IBC 2026, the company plans to demonstrate an AI-driven media supply chain that combines intelligent automation with modular enterprise services. Technical Director Julián Fernández-Campón stated that the goal is to move beyond isolated AI tools toward intelligent operations where AI, people, and workflows collaborate to transform manual processes into proactive, scalable systems.
