Bosnia and Herzegovina: Allegations of military evasion and war crimes trial testimony
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, legal and political tensions have surfaced regarding wartime conduct. Branko Grahovac, a member of the BORS Presidency, has alleged that SDS President Branko Blanuša abandoned his fellow soldiers after 12 months of combat.
