Bosnia and Herzegovina expects sunny weather and temperatures up to 29°C
Bosnia and Herzegovina is experiencing stable, sunny weather, characterized by an extended period of warm temperatures often referred to as ‘Bablje ljeto’ (Indian summer). Daytime temperatures are expected to range between 21 and 27 degrees Celsius, with southern regions reaching up to 29 degrees Celsius.
Morning hours may bring fog in basins and along riverbeds, which could reduce visibility and affect sensitive individuals. While the stable weather and increased sunshine are expected to benefit those with chronic illnesses, the cooler morning temperatures suggest a need for appropriate clothing.
In terms of infrastructure, roadwork is causing traffic changes on several sections of the highway network. Specifically, the A-1 highway section between Kakanj and Lašva is closed to all vehicles, with traffic diverted to the opposite side of the motorway. Additionally, due to construction on the Nemila-Vranduk sub-section, the Golubinja-Nemila section is closed, diverting traffic to the M-17 main road.
