Široki Brijeg Street Food Fest draws record 14 exhibitors for four‑day culinary celebration

The 7th edition of the Carlsberg Street Food Fest will be held in Široki Brijeg from July 23 to 26, expanding to four days and featuring a record 14 food exhibitors from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia and Austria.

Highlights include Antonija Rittuper’s “Moderuša” concept, chef Tomislav Gretić’s “Street Food by Tom Gretić”, and returning favorites such as Profa23, Neka jedu kolače, Bistro Funk, Bad Guys and others, offering a range from sushi and gyoza to burgers, tacos and desserts.

The festival also incorporates live music with performances by Prljavo kazalište, S.A.R.S., Peki and the international LED‑drum show MozDrums from Paris. Organizer Mario Mandić notes increased visitor numbers, full hotels and flight discounts for travellers from Zagreb, Belgrade and other European cities, emphasizing its economic impact on the region.
