Bosnia and Herzegovina institutions conduct cybersecurity response exercise
Relevant institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina participated in a two-day Cybersecurity Tabletop Exercise in Neum on October 28 and 29. The simulation focused on testing inter-institutional coordination, communication, information exchange, and approaches to a joint response to serious cyber incidents.
The exercise was organized by TAG International and the e-Governance Academy (eGA), in partnership with the Ministry of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The goal was to strengthen institutional readiness and resilience against cyber threats.
State Minister of Communications and Transport Edin Forto emphasized that cyberattacks often affect multiple institutions simultaneously, making cooperation essential. He noted that such exercises help verify preparedness and identify areas for improved coordination to ensure secure and reliable services for citizens.
