Bosnian Court Detains Nedim Halilović for Drug Trafficking and Theft

A municipal court in Tuzla approved a request from the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office to place 39‑year‑old Nedim Halilović in pre‑trial detention for one month. Prosecutors allege he is suspected of unauthorized production, possession and trafficking of amphetamine, with about 90 grams of the drug and a digital scale found during a search of his home and auxiliary premises.

Investigators also linked Halilović to two serious thefts in the Tuzla area. Items such as tools, machinery and other valuable goods recovered from his residence are believed to have been stolen in those incidents. After the search on 1 August 2026, he was taken into custody and handed over to the prosecution for further investigation.
