Bosnian footballers face challenges in Russia and Poland
Bosnian footballers Armin Spahić and Ajdin Hasić are navigating difficult periods in their respective foreign leagues.
Armin Spahić, who moved from Velež to the Russian side Spartak Kostroma this summer, has yet to score a goal. Despite playing 419 minutes across six matches, the 26-year-old striker recently received a red card in the 85th minute during a 1-2 loss against Shinnik. His club is currently experiencing a slump, dropping from first to fourth place after three losses in four matches.
In Poland, Ajdin Hasić may be forced to leave Cracovia during the upcoming January transfer window due to the club's severe financial difficulties. Although Hasić has been a standout performer with six goals and two assists in the Ekstraklasa, Cracovia is struggling in 13th place and lacks the funds to retain its most valuable players. Despite having a contract until 2028, the club is expected to accept the first satisfactory offer for the attacker.
