Bosnia's Football Association chief says defeat to Switzerland undeserved, eyes Qatar match
Bosnia and Herzegovina lost 4‑1 to Switzerland in their World Cup group match, a result the FA president Vico Zeljković described as “undeservedly heavy”. He urged the team not to despair, stressing that “everything is still in our hands” and that a victory over Qatar in the final group game could secure progression to the knockout stage.
Zeljković noted the need to learn lessons from the defeat and highlighted his meeting with Swiss FA president Peter Knabel and FIFA executive committee member Hamidin Mohd Amin during halftime. The next fixture against Qatar is scheduled for Wednesday at 21:00 local time.
