Bosque Real begins construction on YOO Inspired by Starck Tower 2

Grupo Bosque Real has officially commenced construction on Tower 2 of the YOO Inspired by Starck residential project. The milestone was marked by a groundbreaking ceremony attended by over 300 guests, including investors, clients, and company executives.

The launch of Tower 2 follows the rapid sale of Tower 1, which sold out within seven months of its February 2026 release. This second tower is part of a larger four-tower development that integrates the creative vision of YOO Studio and Philippe Starck.

The complex features a park exceeding 16,000 square meters and offers views of the Mexico City skyline and the local golf course. Each tower is designed to include 11 indoor amenities, with the development emphasizing architecture, wellness, and entertainment.
