Bossard reports 12% revenue growth in Q3 2026

The Bossard Group, a specialist in industrial fastening and assembly solutions, reported a 12% increase in third-quarter revenue, reaching 296.1 million CHF. Growth in local currencies was 11.2%, marking an acceleration compared to the 9.7% growth seen in the second quarter.

Asia was the strongest performing region, with revenue rising 31.7% to 63.2 million CHF (29.9% in local currency). This growth is driven by the semiconductor and electronics industries, particularly in Malaysia, and the 'Make in India' initiative in India.

In Europe, the company's largest market, revenue grew by 6.7% to 170.2 million CHF, supported by the aerospace, rail vehicle, and electronics sectors. The Americas region saw a 10.2% increase to 62.7 million CHF, aided by the data center ecosystem and a stabilizing agricultural machinery market.

For the first nine months of the year, group revenue reached 871.8 million CHF, an increase of 7.5% compared to the previous year. Bossard maintained its full-year forecast, expecting annual revenue between 1.14 and 1.16 billion CHF with an EBIT margin exceeding 12%.
