Boston Beer reports Q3 2026 revenue decline amid brand growth
The Boston Beer Company reported third-quarter net revenue of $520.1 million, a 3.2% decrease compared to the previous year. This decline was attributed to lower volumes, which were partially offset by price increases and a favorable product mix.
Despite the revenue dip, the company saw significant growth in its Sun Cruiser brand, which experienced a 60% increase in tracked channels. Additionally, Twisted Tea maintained a dominant 85% market share in the malt-based hard tea category. Gross margin rose to 51.7%, the highest quarterly rate for the company since 2017.
Looking ahead, the company raised its full-year non-GAAP EPS guidance to a range of $9.00 to $10.50. Projected tariff costs for the full year were also revised downward to between $18 million and $22 million.
