Boston Bruins players participate in batting practice at Fenway Park

Several Boston Bruins players participated in a batting practice session at Fenway Park on Saturday before a Red Sox game against the Kansas City Royals. Bruins forward Morgan Geekie hit a home run over the Green Monster, while forward Tanner Jeannot also hit two balls over the wall.

Goaltender Jeremy Swayman and other teammates joined the session, batting against a pitching machine. Swayman noted the novelty of being on offense rather than stopping shots. Following the practice, Geekie threw the ceremonial first pitch to Red Sox pitcher Payton Tolle.
