Boston College women's soccer defeats St. John's 2-1

Boston College women's soccer defeated St. John's University 2-1 in their first road match of the 2026 season. The Eagles took a 1-0 lead into halftime following a goal by Addison Kalaw, and extended their lead in the 56th minute with a strike from Sophie Reale.

St. John's attempted a comeback in the second half. Sophomore Erin Palmeri scored her first collegiate goal in the 67th minute, assisted by Nora Basile, to bring the score to 2-1. Despite late pressure from the Red Storm, they were unable to secure an equalizer.
