Boston hosts Parade of Sails celebrating U.S. 250th anniversary

On July 11, 2026, Boston Harbor held the Grand Parade of Sails as part of Sail250, a nationwide maritime celebration marking the United States' 250th birthday. About 60 vessels, including historic tall ships such as the USS Constitution, the US Coast Guard Eagle, and international participants from Canada, Chile, Poland, Ecuador, Germany, and Portugal, sailed past the waterfront.
