BOTAŞ initiates expropriation proceedings in Malatya

The Malatya 2nd Civil Court of First Instance has issued a public notice regarding an expropriation lawsuit filed by BOTAŞ. The legal action concerns a specific real estate property located in the Cihadiye neighborhood of the Yeşilyurt district, identified by parcel information 288/15.

The lawsuit aims to determine the expropriation value and complete the registration of the property in the name of the relevant institution. The property in question belongs to Ali Şener and Bozan Kılınç. Individuals who believe they hold rights to the property must submit any objections to the court within 10 days of the announcement. If no objections are made within this period, the expropriation value will be paid to the rightful owners.
