Botaş initiates land expropriation in Didim, Aydın

Botaş Boru Hatları ile Petrol Taşıma A.Ş. has initiated an expropriation process for a parcel of land located in the Akköy neighborhood of the Didim district in Aydın. The land, identified as parcel number 277 in block 145, covers a total area of 4,993.79 square meters.

The expropriation involves the acquisition of 522.58 square meters for a permanent easement and 260.47 square meters for a temporary easement. This action is being taken in accordance with the decisions of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority and the Expropriation Law No. 2942.

Interested parties have 30 days from the announcement to file an administrative lawsuit to cancel the process. The determined expropriation price will be deposited into the Vakıfbank Didim branch on behalf of the rightful owners.
