BOTAŞ initiates land expropriation in Kırıkkale for energy lines

BOTAŞ (Petroleum Pipeline Corporation) has initiated expropriation proceedings for land located in the Keskin district of Kırıkkale, Turkey, to facilitate the construction of energy transmission lines.

Legal notices issued by the Keskin Civil Court of First Instance detail lawsuits filed under Article 10 of the Expropriation Law No. 2942 for the determination of compensation and registration of property rights. The affected areas include locations in Bozkurt Neighborhood and Müsellim Village.

Property owners have 30 days to file for cancellation in administrative courts or to contest errors in judicial courts. If no stay of execution is documented within this period, the expropriation will be finalized, and ownership or permanent easement rights will be registered to BOTAŞ. Compensation determined by the court will be deposited into the Türkiye Ziraat Bankası Keskin branch.
