BOTAŞ initiates land expropriation proceedings in Iğdır

BOTAŞ General Directorate has filed multiple lawsuits in the Iğdır 1st Civil Court of First Instance to determine and register expropriation prices for various real estate properties.

The affected lands are located across several areas within the Iğdır province, specifically in the Karakoyunlu district (including Taşburun Village, Ergenekon Neighborhood, and Baharlı Neighborhood) and the Merkez district (including Melekli and Erhacı villages). The legal proceedings cover numerous parcels identified under various case numbers ranging from 2025/296 to 2025/322.
