Botanika Farm cancels planned IPO on Warsaw Stock Exchange

Botanika Farm S.A. has cancelled its planned initial public offering (IPO) and suspended its debut on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW). The company cited capital market conditions and valuation results obtained after the completion of the book-building process as the primary reasons for the decision, stating that the current market environment did not allow for a valuation that adequately reflects the company's value and prospects.

CEO Bartosz Radziszewski stated that the company will now focus on business growth and the implementation of investment projects. The capital raised from the Series E share offering was intended to fund the purchase of functional flour production lines, the construction of a corn grain dryer with a capacity of 1,500 tons per day, and general business scaling. While the IPO is suspended, the company has not ruled out returning to the stock market in the future when market conditions are more favorable for the foodtech sector.
