Swedish cities list multiple apartments for rent

A number of rental apartments have been advertised across several Swedish municipalities.

In Linköping, listings include a 20 m² unit on Alsättersgatan, a 25 m² unit on Rydsvägen, and larger apartments ranging from 40 m² to 90 m² with monthly rents between 5,500 kr and 13,500 kr. Botkyrka and Västerort also feature rentals, with Västerort offering a 110 m² four‑room flat for about 15,500 kr per month. Eskilstuna has a 80 m², three‑room apartment priced at roughly 8,500 kr monthly.

All properties are presented as standard long‑term rentals, activated on a real‑estate platform in July 2026, and include typical amenities such as kitchens, bathrooms, and in some cases balconies, elevators, or storage spaces.
