Botoșani County officials conduct forest cleanup in Vorona

As part of the “Let’s Do It, Romania!” campaign, officials from the Botoșani County Council conducted a waste cleanup in the Vorona forest. The initiative included the County Council president, Valeriu Iftime, along with various local officials and over 60 employees from the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Botoșani.

Volunteers collected numerous bags of waste during the three-hour effort, highlighting the ongoing need for environmental awareness in the region. The cleanup is part of a broader county-wide campaign aimed at restoring public areas affected by litter.
