Botoșani family reports unauthorized construction on private land

A family in the Corni locality of Botoșani County has reported that relatives built a structure on their property without permission. The owners, Dorica and Mihai Ciornei, own a 1,224-square-meter plot of land which they acquired through a purchase-sale contract.

The owners claim that the individuals involved entered the property, destroyed security cameras, stole construction materials, and began building an annex. Despite reporting the incident to the local town hall, the police, the State Inspectorate in Construction, and the Prosecutor's Office, the owners state that no immediate measures were taken by the authorities.

A bailiff has since visited the site and set a deadline for the demolition of the unauthorized construction.
