Bottega Veneta celebrates 5‑year Omotesando flagship anniversary with new bags and art show

Bottega Veneta marked the five‑year anniversary of its Omotesando flagship store with the "Bottega Veneta Weaving Light" installation. The glass artwork, created by Japanese‑Italian artist Ritsue Mishima, blends Venetian and Kyoto glass‑making traditions and runs through July 2026.

The event also introduced two new product releases exclusive to the Tokyo location: the Cava Mare bag, an updated version of the iconic Cava with hand‑woven intrecciato detailing, and the Baby Campana, a smaller size of the Campana line featuring a simplified weave. Both items are available for pre‑order in the flagship, and a complimentary initial‑embroidery service is offered.

Japanese pop‑star Yuta Tamamori of Kis‑My‑Ft2 attended, appearing in a black slit‑top and twill trousers, and his appearance was shared on Instagram, generating fan praise for his aura and style. The store, covering about 674 sqm, also featured a limited‑edition shaved‑ice collaboration with the restaurant Kurogi during the exhibition.
